We recognise that the cleaning sector is vulnerable to unethical labour practices, and we take proactive measures to ensure full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.This statement outlines the steps Cleanial has taken, and continues to take, to ensure modern slavery does not occur in our operations or supply chains.
2. Our Business
Cleanial provides commercial cleaning services across Devon, Dorset and Bristol. We employ cleaning operatives, mobile teams, supervisors and management staff directly. Cleanial does not rely on labour-only subcontracting or agency-driven recruitment for core operations, which significantly reduces the inherent risk of exploitation.
